Jasmine Nance, MSc BSc

Executive Manager and Director of Education and Innovation

Jasmine Nance is a globally respected Fibroblast educator, practitioner, and skin rejuvenation specialist with over a decade of international experience. Located in Australia and in the United States, she is widely recognised for her leadership in Fibroblast Skin Rejuvenation and advanced non-invasive skin renewal.

As Executive Manager of the American Fibroblast Academy, Jasmine serves as the Academy’s principal executive authority, directing its strategic vision, educational standards, and long-term growth. She leads all curriculum development, certification frameworks, and innovation initiatives, ensuring the Academy maintains the highest level of professional and educational excellence.

With advanced university qualifications in International Business and Innovation Management, Jasmine brings together strategic leadership and real-world clinical mastery. Her work focuses on building refined, results-driven education systems that support practitioners in delivering safe, effective, and high-integrity skin rejuvenation treatments.

Through the American Fibroblast Academy, Jasmine oversees training protocols, technical education, and practitioner development, guiding professionals through structured education pathways, advanced mentorship, and implementation support. Sheila DeLorenzo

U.S Operations Manager

Sheila De Lorenzo supports the American Fibroblast Academy as its U.S.-based Operations Manager as a licenced professional providing on-the-ground operational coordination and administrative support across training delivery and student experience within the United States.

Based in the U.S., Sheila plays a key role in the execution and coordination of Academy activities, working closely with executive leadership to ensure smooth implementation of established programs, systems, and processes.

With extensive experience in the aesthetics industry and clinical environments, Sheila supports training logistics, student communications, and operational continuity for U.S.-based events and partnerships. Her background allows her to act as a reliable local point of contact for host clinics, venues, and students while adhering to the Academy’s established frameworks and standards.

At the American Fibroblast Academy, Sheila is responsible for coordinating U.S. training logistics, assisting with enrolment processes, supporting student inquiries, and maintaining operational records. She works within pre-defined systems and escalates strategic, financial, and policy decisions to executive leadership for approval. Her role ensures that U.S. operations run efficiently, professionally, and in alignment with the Academy’s educational mission and leadership structure.

Erika Fischer BSc

U.S Business Development Outreach Coordinator

Erika Ascher is a Business Development Outreach Coordinator with experience in sales, client engagement, and relationship-building.

Erika holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and is known for her positive energy, warm communication style, and genuine enjoyment of connecting with people.

Erika supports the Academy’s U.S. growth by leading strategic outreach and relationship development with selected clinics and aesthetic practices. She acts as the first point of professional contact, following up on prior communications, identifying aligned clinics, and coordinating introductory conversations with Jasmine where there is genuine interest and fit. Her work ensures that all conversations are intentional, well-qualified, and aligned with the Academy’s standards.

Outside of work, Erika can usually be found outdoors with her family. She is a wife and mother of three children ages three and under, and she takes pride in running a small homestead, caring for farm animals, gardening, canning, and embracing a self-sufficient, hands-on lifestyle.

Alicia Schwab MSc

U.S Compliance & Regulatory Affairs Assistant

Alicia Schwab is a Compliance & Regulatory Affairs Assistant with a background in science, research, and regulatory analysis.

Alicia holds a master’s degree in Clinical Molecular Genetics and is known for her methodical approach, attention to detail, and ability to navigate complex regulatory frameworks with clarity and precision.

Alicia supports the Academy’s Compliance & Regulatory Affairs Division by researching, documenting, and maintaining state-level regulatory information relevant to Fibroblast training and practice across the United States.

Her work ensures the Academy’s compliance resources are accurate, verifiable, and aligned with official regulatory guidance, supporting accreditation preparation, student education, and national expansion.

Outside of work, Alicia is actively involved in animal welfare and community service. She works part-time at an animal shelter and is currently enrolled in Firefighter Academy, reflecting her commitment to service, discipline, and hands-on learning.

Ashley Pressnell

U.S Social Media Content & Brand Execution Coordinator

Ashley Pressnell is a Social Media Content & Brand Execution Coordinator for the American Fibroblast Academy, supporting the Academy’s U.S. presence through strategic content execution and platform-native publishing.

Born and raised in Texas, Ashley brings a strong foundation in business management, having entered the field at just 17 and stepping into her first General Manager role by age 19. Her early leadership experience shaped a practical, results-driven approach to operations, communication, and brand consistency.

In 2019, Ashley developed a focused interest in social media as a business tool and formally transitioned into Social Media Management in 2022. Since then, she has worked across a diverse range of industries, including collaborations with medical professionals and public figures, supporting content execution, brand alignment, and audience growth.

At the American Fibroblast Academy, Ashley is responsible for executing short-form video content and managing U.S.-based publishing to ensure timely, location-relevant visibility across platforms. Her work supports the Academy’s continued growth while maintaining a polished, professional brand presence.

Outside of work, Ashley is a wife and mother of three and values structure, consistency, and balance in both her professional and personal life.

Shailja Kaushik MBA

U.S Student Manual Editor & Curriculum Coordinator

Shailja is a Student Manual Editor & Curriculum Coordinator at the American Fibroblast Academy, supporting the development and refinement of all educational materials across the Academy’s training programs.

She began her academic journey studying pharmacy, building a strong foundation in science, precision, and structured thinking. She later earned an MBA in Human Resources and worked in HR roles.

With a natural curiosity for how adults learn and retain information, Shailja transitioned into learning and development, focusing on training structure, learner experience, and clarity of delivery. At the Academy, she is responsible for editing and refining student manuals, structuring curriculum content, and preparing professional educational documentation that supports both in-person training and long-term program development.

Her work ensures that complex concepts are presented clearly, consistently, and in a way that supports real-world application for students.

Outside of work, Shailja enjoys gym training, spending time outdoors, and continuously optimizing learning systems and personal routines - bringing the same thoughtful, structured approach to life that she applies to education.
